The C200 Protégé Program is an exceptional program designed to help women entrepreneurs grow their businesses through education, networking, and member support.
In this 12-month Protégé Program, women entrepreneurs will uplift and invest in each other’s success, with support from our C200 members who engage in the education and mentoring of these female business leaders focused on scaling their businesses to over $20 million. What makes this program unique is the combination of a strong facilitator and access to successful corporate and entrepreneurial P&L leaders who have experience scaling businesses and tackling diverse challenges.
Qualified candidates are women with annual revenues up to $20 million who are committed to growing their businesses.

Protégé Program Facilitator
Our program facilitator Katherine Londergan combines her experience as a Senior Director at global design and innovation consultancy IDEO where she helped enterprises create transformational growth to her current roles as Chief Marketing Officer at Zapata Computing, a company building AI software for enterprises, and Faculty Associate at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management executive MBA’s program and delivery of Executive Education modules at Babson College.
Katherine will tailor the program to specific growth areas the cohort identifies when they join. Her expertise in design thinking, innovation, and new venture creation makes her the perfect guide to inspire and guide participants in the Protégé Program.
