C-Ahead®

Helping corporate businesswomen rise to the C-Suite.

C-Ahead® was born to give future executives the opportunity to learn from real experiences, real wisdom, and real solutions from those who have lived it.

C-Ahead® is an exclusive program developed to prepare qualified women in operational roles for a fast track to highly visible positions in the C-Suite. Specific and actionable content focuses on the skills and experience necessary to succeed in significant executive positions at top corporations. Participants can network and build relationships with high-potential peers and C200 members who are accomplished executives that have mastered business leadership and are now devoted to changing the landscape for future generations.

The C-Ahead® Program is designed for women who:

Have been identified as one of the women with the highest potential to run her company or a major division.

Are likely to achieve a role leading a major business and P&L within 1-3 years.

Have experience running a P&L or another significantly influential role in the organization with top and/or bottom-line impact.

Nominate a Candidate for C-Ahead

C-Ahead is the perfect opportunity to recognize a high-achiever on your team or in your network. Show her that you believe in her ability to succeed and you will support her as she climbs the ranks to the C-Suite.

C-Ahead® Schedule of Events

JUNE

Welcome and Building Networks of Influence

Our first session kicks off with a welcome to C200 and an introduction to one another.

The topic of this session is Building Networks of Influence. Women often view networking as inauthentic and manipulative, focused on self-promotion and power-grabbing. Therefore, many women refuse to build networks of influence. Female leaders must come to understand that organizations, by nature, are political environments, and to succeed, one must learn to acquire and wield influence. Our panelists will discuss how to address this obstacle and the benefits of mentorship and sponsorship.

JULY

Fireside Chat with a C200 Member

Our fireside chats offer participants a one-of-kind opportunity to meet and hear the first-hand experiences of C200 members, some of the most influential women in business. Members share candid advice for navigating the male-dominated business world and allow C-Ahead participants to ask questions and share what’s on their minds, as well.

Some of our previous fireside chat speakers include Monica Cole, Regional Executive at Wells Fargo and Kim Hibler, former Vice President of Global Sales at Citrix.

AUGUST

Core Values and Unconscious Motivators

In this session, led by facilitator Leanne Meyer, we will focus on Core Values and Unconscious Motivators. Developing your core values is a critical step in becoming a successful leader; this theme will be woven throughout the C-Ahead® program.

In leadership roles, knowing what motivates you at a deep level is critical. But knowing what motivates you is not the same as knowing your likes, dislikes, preferences, or style. Rather, it is about understanding your Unconscious Motivators® — the core needs that operate at an unconscious level and drive a person’s thoughts, feelings, and actions.
