C-Ahead®
C-Ahead® is a unique program that explores the nuances women experience in the workplace and how to navigate them while rising to executive leadership.
C-Ahead® is a development program created to prepare accomplished women in operational roles for a fast track to highly-visible positions in the C-Suite. Content focuses on the skills and experience necessary to succeed in significant executive positions at top corporations, drawing from academia, CEOs as practitioners, and each other. The C-Ahead® cohort develops a network of successful leaders, their peers and C200 members, with diverse perspectives across a range of industries. Participants walk away from C-Ahead® with an action plan for the next steps in their leadership journey.

C-Ahead® is designed for women who:
Have been identified as one of the women with the highest potential to run her company or a major division.
Are likely to achieve a role leading a major business and P&L within 1-3 years.
Have experience running a P&L or another significantly influential role in the organization with top and/or bottom line impact.
Rising or aspiring C-Suite leaders can be nominated for participation in or self-apply for C-Ahead®.

Since its inception in 2017, 135 women have completed C-Ahead®.
Fifteen of these 135 participants have moved into a senior-level leadership role with operational responsibility and chosen to join C200 as members, committed to changing the landscape for future generations of women in business.
Women accepted into C-Ahead® participate in a four month program including virtual events and an in-person retreat. Sessions include robust educational content, executive insights, and small group discussions on top-of-mind topics. Our faculty includes accomplished and successful women executives from the C200 membership who enrich the content through real-world scenarios and shared experiences from their leadership journeys.
There are many opportunities for in-person connections with C-Ahead® peers and C200 members, as well as invitations to exclusive events and programs.
