About C-Ahead®

C-Ahead® is a unique leadership development program for senior corporate women who are at a critical point in their careers. 

This program is designed to help women navigate the challenges they will encounter as they work to advance into executive and C-suite leadership. They will receive mentorship, tools, and skills that will prepare them for the next level. This program is designed for women who are not yet eligible for C200 membership but will be within the next 5 years.

C-Ahead® is designed for women who:

  • Are considered by their organization to be one of a few leading high-potentials likely to make an Executive Management Team role leading a major business within 1-5 years. Today, those candidates are likely 1-2 steps from this senior most role and their current job likely has one of the descriptions:
    • Running a smaller P&L or business on track to achieving this level
    • Line executives managing significant Revenue and Budget without full P&L
    • Leading an enterprise or functional role as a “prep” role for Executive Management Team after they have had experience with a or b.
  • Are experienced leading and developing dynamic and diverse teams 
  • Are recognized as an influential leader internally and externally 
  • Are committed to advancing women in business 

Rising or aspiring C-Suite leaders can be nominated for participation in or self-apply for C-Ahead®.

Since its inception in 2017, 135 women have completed C-Ahead®.

Fifteen of these 135 participants have moved into a senior-level leadership role with operational responsibility and chosen to join C200 as members, committed to changing the landscape for future generations of women in business.

Women accepted into C-Ahead® participate in a four month program including virtual events and an in-person retreat. Sessions include robust educational content, executive insights, and small group discussions on top-of-mind topics. Our faculty includes accomplished and successful women executives from the C200 membership who enrich the content through real-world scenarios and shared experiences from their leadership journeys.

There are many opportunities for in-person connections with C-Ahead® peers and C200 members, as well as invitations to exclusive events and programs.
