A pioneer in career/life transition support, psychologist Laura Herring is Founder and Chairwoman of IMPACT Group, a global, WBE-certified career development firm that provides high touch solutions in talent development, global mobility and career transition that drive individual and organizational performance. Celebrating 25 years this year, IMPACT Group is a leader in the human resource consulting space with solutions delivered by dedicated, expert career consultants paired with next generation technology.

Outside of her advisory leadership at IMPACT Group, Laura plays an active role in organizations that focus on the arts and stimulate economic growth in St. Louis and beyond. She was a founding member of the St. Louis Economic Development, chairs the Advisory Board of Leigh Gerdine College of Fine Art at Webster University and sits on the Board of Directors of Webster University. Laura is a member of the Committee of 200, the Women's Corporate Directors and participated in the Protégé Program which enabled her to grow her business 1000%. Her mentor, Catherine Marsh, inspired her in many ways and as soon as she qualified, she joined the organization. Laura is now a major funder at the Leadership Circle level of the C200 Protégé Program.
