Rochelle Bartholomew, Southwest Region Chair
Ms. Bartholomew began her career in transportation with Calark Inc. in outside sales in 1986.This position required extensive travel around the U.S. with exposure to a wide range of manufacturing and retail businesses. During the 1990’s, she gradually assumed more responsibility for the areas of sales, marketing, and operations and launched the company’s Mexico service. Ms. Bartholomew took the helm of President and CEO in the year 2000. Under her leadership, the company has seen revenue growth from approximately $40 million to approximately $140 million. In 2011 she received the Inaugural award for “Most Influencial Woman in Trucking” for the U.S. and Canada by the Truckload Carriers Association.
She participates in the following organizational activities: Chaiwoman of Arkansas Trucking Association Workers comp self insured fund (current), Deans Executive Advisory Board, Walton College of Business, Member of Committee of 200, Arkansas Trucking Association, American Trucking Association, Truckload Carriers Association, Baptist Health Board of Trustees, C200 Southwest Region Chair (current), C200 Governing Board (current).
