Donna Van Eekeren is Executive Chairman of Land O'Frost, a family-owned company that manufactures, sells and distributes prepackaged lunchmeat to all of the major grocery chains in the United States and is the third best-selling brand in the country. The company has manufacturing facilities in Illinois, Arkansas, and Kentucky and has recently acquired a specialty sausage company in Nebraska. Land O'Frost also operates its own fleet of refrigerated tractor-trailers to deliver its products directly to customer warehouses throughout the continental United States.
Donna is a member of the Committee of 200 and the Chicago Network and serves on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee of Lyric Opera of Chicago as well as Lyric's the Ryan Center Board and is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Chicago Shakespeare Theater.
